Outline: |
|
To construct Clinovia’s
new Compounding and Aseptic Manufacturing Centre in Harlow.
The facility has a 450m2 footprint and utilises two partitioning
systems, a fully welded vinyl envelope on stud and plasterboard
in the aseptic process areas with other supporting rooms using
CRC’s PIR modular wall panel and ceiling system.
The integrated HVAC system maintains the environmental conditions
in all the rooms and the BMS control system provides monitoring
for all environmental criteria and items of plant.
CRC’s Project Engineer Nick Davis worked extensively
with Clinovia’s Production Manager Rob Webb to establish
qualification protocols incorporating DQ, IQ and OQ. The facility
moved into production on time and after successful inspection
and licensing by MHRA.
Robbie Burns, Clinovia’s chief executive,
said “To receive a licence for this unit at
the first time of asking is a rare accolade and we are delighted
by it.” “I believe it is just credit for our experience
and professionalism of our compounding team”
