CRC were appointed by the Client to provide their services as Planning Supervisor, Principal Contractor and Designer.
CRC were responsible for site set up, strip out, demolition and removals.
CRC undertook the construction, installation and services for the laboratory refurbishment through to commissioning and testing.

The refurbished suite was designed and integrated into the existing facilities.

The envelope was provided by using CRC’s own CMP system together with proprietary suspended ceilings systems and fully welded sheet vinyl flooring.

Primary utilities including electrical power and water were installed together with compressed air, vacuum and nitrogen, chilled water and gasses, telephone, data and security.

Two fully integrated air conditioning systems were to provide specified conditions on temperature, humidity and noise for each of the 8 individual areas which will be served by zoned heating and cooling to enable individual control of the space environments.

CRC supplied and installed all benching, cupboards, fume cupboards, worktops and sinks.

The Project was completed on time and on budget to the Clients satisfaction.
